Hunt The Front Promotions LLC · Draft of October 28, 2026

What this covers

This policy covers the race-day text program for Hunt The Front series, starting with the Hunt The Front Super Dirt Series (HTFSDS), and the website sms.htfseries.com.

What we collect

  • Your mobile number, and the name, car number and role (driver or team member) you give us.
  • A record of your consent: when and how you signed up (keyword text, QR code or web form and YES reply), and any STOP, START or HELP you send.
  • Texts you send to the series number, and delivery status of texts we send you.

How we use it

Only to send the race-day updates you asked for (lineups, order of events, drivers meeting and pill draw calls, schedule changes, rainouts and pre-registration reminders) and to answer your texts.

Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use a messaging provider (Twilio) only to deliver the texts.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your number while you are subscribed. After you reply STOP we keep the opt-out record so we never text you again by mistake. Ask us to delete the rest at any time.
